Hi! I am Celina I have been studying different mindfulness and wellness practices for about 5 years now. I have since worked at yoga retreat centers in Hawaii, Florida and the Philippines! Spring 2024 I spent time studying meditation, kundalini, breath work and sound therapy in the Himalayans. I have read countless books, articles and participated in a Mindfulness Coaching Course.
This course has changed my life. To be honest I went into the coaching course to really coach myself to find the practices and concepts to get me out of my head and into this moment. I live a fun and alternative life, If there’s something I want to do, I am going to do it! I have always been this way, as far as I can remember. I have had this curiosity for life and just ran with it.
But the thing that has made the most impact on me thus far, is truly understanding mindfulness.
By mindfulness I mean observation without judgement.
And by judgement, a perception of something as good or bad.
When we move through our lives from the place of judgment we are reinforcing our old patterns and perpetuating our suffering.
I was living an enthusiastic life that on the outside looked great but it was filled with judgment on the inside. Judgement to myself, others and the world around me. Thus keeping me bound to some deep limiting beliefs and following cycles that were begging to be broken.
Mindfulness teaches us to move through life without attachment to “good” or “bad”.
This helps us to identify areas of attachment and release old patterns in order to live in our truth.
The truth is, our perception of the world is largely based on other people’s perception of the world. These projected perceptions cloud our thinking and prevent us from being in our authentic experience. And typically include a lot of judgment.
Typically, we are not even aware that we are moving through life on autopilot. Making decisions based on past experiences that are painted with our preference and ultimately our attachment to that preference.
So by living a mindful life, we are working towards experiencing the now without labeling everything that happens as good or bad. Learning to see that everything just is. And when we do so we can be more present in the NOW, and truly happier.
I am excited to share more practices and techniques I have been learning as well as hold space for people interested in learning more about mindfulness.
I have created a 6-week Accountability Partner Program. We will work together, one-on-one, to break through your barriers, reach your deepest desires, unlock your full potential!

- Weekly 90-Minute Video Calls (1-on-1): Beginning each one with some meditation and breath work, we will follow it with that weeks mindfulness exercises and prompts - which will lead us to creating goals which will and assessing them each week.
